Where is Merritt Mini Storage located?
We are located in the City of Merritt, in the beautiful Nicola Valley. Merritt is accessible from the Coquihalla Highway (Highway 5) Exit 286 and 290 from the Lower Mainland or Kamloops, from Highway 97C - the Okanagan Connector - from Kelowna, and Highway 8 from Spences Bridge. Merritt Mini Storage is the best storage place in Merritt to store your RV, boat, vehicle, or belongings.
What are the storage options and rates?
We have vehicle stalls available, as well as storage containers.
Stalls are $75 per month, plus 5% GST.
Storage containers are $150 per month, plus 5% GST.
All spots must be paid monthly, in advance.
A security deposit of $75 is due to guarantee a spot (spots are first-come-first-served) and will be refunded at the termination of lease.
Can ATVs be stored at Merritt Mini Storage?
Yes, however, an ATV has to be stored in a storage container and cannot be stored in a vehicle stall.
How do I access the facility?
If you rent a stall or storage container with us, you will receive a key to the gate and have 24/7 access. There is a deposit of $25 due for the key; the deposit is refunded at termination of lease.
Are my items insured at the facility?
No, all tenants acknowledge by signing the storage facility contract that they require their own insurance for vehicles and contents. We require proof of insurance before you store your items at Merritt Mini Storage.
What are the payment terms and options?
Payments are due on the first of each month, in advance for the month. We accept cash, e-transfer, and credit cards. Please note that every tenant is required to have a credit card on file. Termination of lease requires a written notice, 30 days prior to the next payment due. Please refer to our complete terms in our storage agreement.
